Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of PADEO, the padel app for iPhone and Apple Watch developed by Jonatan Scaglia. By using PADEO you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
PADEO lets you score padel matches, save them, share them and, with an account, form groups, confirm results and get an estimated level. Levels and statistics are for guidance only: they are not an official ranking of any federation.
2. Your account
Accounts are created with Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for what is done with your account. You can delete it at any time from the app.
3. Content you add
The player names, photos, results and other data you add are yours; you allow us to store them and show them to the people you choose to share them with (your group, your friends or a link). If you add someone else’s name or photo, you must have their consent.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use PADEO to enter false results in order to manipulate levels or tables, harass other people, impersonate anyone, or post offensive or illegal content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report and block other users from the app.
5. Subscriptions
Paid features for players, when available, are purchased in the app and billed by Apple to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before, from your iPhone Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Club plans are governed by the agreement signed with each club.
6. Availability
We work to keep PADEO running well, but the service is provided “as is”. It may have interruptions or changes. Features that don’t need an account keep working on your device even if our servers are unavailable.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PADEO is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app, or for injuries while playing. Play safe.
8. Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the date on this page and, if the change is significant, let you know in the app.
